Which one fits your hand better? If you have a big hand, you may benefit from the 22's longer grip. If not, a 23 should be a bit easier to conceal.

I note that I know a number of people who carry a G19 concealed---and the G23 is the exact same size. It isn't that hard to conceal. I don't own a G23, so I can't tell you how it shoots, though.

I too carry a 19 concealed Im a little shorter than the other guys but they are right a good IWB and baggie loose shirts does the trick. Give it a week and you are used to it.
